Having a bit of trouble registering? Don’t worry, here’s a couple of reasons why this may be happening and what you can do to fix it:
- You may have already registered an account with us which we've noticed when you’ve tried to register with the same details.
- Your cache memory may be full, all you need to do is clear your cache and cookies and refresh the page. If you need any help you can check our technical guides for the following browsers:

A quick fix for most Google Chrome issues is to clear your cache and cookies, to do this:
- Open Chrome
- In the top right, select More
- Then ‘More tools’ and ‘Clear browsing data’.
- To delete everything, click ‘All time’. Alternatively, you can select a time range.
- Check the boxes next to ‘Cookies and other site data’ and ‘Cached images and files’.
- Select ‘Clear data’.

- Click the Menu Icon
- Select ‘History’, then ‘clear recent history’, then ‘Details’
- Tick ‘Cookies’ and ‘Cache’ and select ‘Clear now’
- Then restart your browser
If this doesn't work you can try using different browser, restarting your device or internet connection, or checking if your security settings aren't blocking the website. If you're using our app or client, you don't need to reinstall it.
- In your Safari app, open ‘Settings’.
- Then select ‘Privacy’.
- From here, click the ‘Manage Website Data…’ button.
- In this menu, you can either remove your cache and cookies for a single website, by clicking ‘Remove’ – or all of them, by selecting ‘Remove All’.
To clear your cache:
- In Edge, select the Menu icon (3 dots in the top right corner) > ‘Settings’ > ‘Privacy & services’.
- Beneath ‘Clear browsing data’, select ‘Choose what to clear’.
- Check the ‘Cached images and files’ box and finally select ‘Clear’.
To delete your cookies:
- Click the 3 dots in the corner again, then ‘Settings’ and then ‘Privacy & services’.
- Select ‘Choose what to clear’ and then ‘Clear browsing data now’.
- Select a time range from the list provided.
- Select ‘Cookies and other site data’, then ‘Clear now’.
- All your cookies and any other site data will then be deleted for the selected time range.
Remember, this will sign you out of most sites you were previously logged in on.
If this didn't work, try using a different browser. Alternatively, restart your device and/or internet connection, reinstall the client or app, or check that your security settings aren’t interfering with our website.
