I can't register, what can I do?

Having a bit of trouble registering? Don’t worry, here’s a couple of reasons why this may be happening and what you can do to fix it:

  • You may have already registered an account with us which we've noticed when you’ve tried to register with the same details.
  • Your cache memory may be full, all you need to do is clear your cache and cookies and refresh the page. If you need any help you can check our technical guides for the following browsers:

A quick fix for most Google Chrome issues is to clear your cache and cookies, to do this:
  • Open Chrome
  • In the top right, select More
  • Then ‘More tools’ and ‘Clear browsing data’.
  • To delete everything, click ‘All time’. Alternatively, you can select a time range.
  • Check the boxes next to ‘Cookies and other site data’ and ‘Cached images and files’.
  • Select ‘Clear data’.
  • You might be trying to register from a country that our website isn't available in. You can find the full list of countries where you'll be able to register an account from here.
