How to reset your password without your email
If you need to change your password and don't have access to your registered email anymore - no worries.
If you don't have access to your registered email address, simply send an email to our Customer Service team with the following information:
- A request to change your email from the one currently registered with us including:
- Your full name
- Date of birth
- The registered email address you longer have access to.
- An image of your proof of identity (ID, passport, driving licence, etc.)
