Broken game?
If your game isn't working or you've received an error message, you can fix this by clearing your cache and cookies. The method for doing this is different for each internet browser:
Go to the menu icon > Click on History > Clear recent history > Details. Select Cookies and Cache and click on Clear now
Go to More tools > Clear browsing data > Select Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files > Select Clear browsing data.
Go to Preferences > Privacy > Details > Remove All
Go to Settings > Privacy & services > Clear Browsing Data > Choose what to clear > Tick 'Cached images and files' & 'Cookies and other site data' > Clear now
Go to Tools > Internet Options > General > Temporary Internet files > Delete files
Alternatively, you can try and access your account from another device to see if you can play from there, or try deleting and reinstalling the app on your device.
