You must complete the following steps to have complete access to your account:
1. Confirm your identity by uploading a photocopy, or taking a picture, of an identification document (passport, ID card or driving licence) that includes your full name, date of birth, place of birth, and photograph. We DO NOT accept Irish Public Services Cards because they do not include a date of birth. If you have access to your account, we recommend you upload your documents via:

2. We will need to verify your documents. We aim to review and process them within 24 hours.
3. Once this is done, your account will be fully verified and you’ll be able to deposit, withdraw and play!
